‘You Can’t Ask That!’

In April 2019, I had the exhilarating opportunity to be a part of the ABC’s captivating program, “You Can’t Ask That,” where former Federal Politicians came together to tackle some challenging questions that you wouldn’t typically hear in everyday interviews. It was a true eye-opener and an enlightening experience, as we candidly shared our experiences and insights from the world of politics.

Amidst the laughter and camaraderie, I couldn’t resist sharing one of my favourite lines:“Politics is Show Business for Ugly People.” Of course, this humorous quip only scratches the surface of what being a politician truly entails.
