In my diverse journey through life, I’ve worn many hats – from a former federal politician and industry leader to a business owner, husband, and father of three. Now, my focus is on contributing to the community through my writing. When I’m not savouring a cup of coffee and scanning the headlines, I’m immersed in crafting political thrillers. And, of course, I also enjoy sharing stories over a good beer.

My writing revolves around contemporary issues that impact our community, with a strong emphasis on politics and parliamentary themes. Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with remarkable individuals, achieving great things despite facing challenges and stumbling along the way.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of engaging with remarkable individuals, from Presidents to Prime Ministers, celebrities to industry leaders. Alongside these experiences, I’ve also been humbled by the opportunity to serve the Australian national parliament and assist those in need within the community.

Currently, my focus lies in two thrilling series. The Jack Hudson MP series follows the journey of a novice politician navigating the drama and mysteries of the national parliament, alongside a cast of exotic characters both supporting and hindering his progress.

The Referendum series unravels the political drama surrounding contemporary issues within the parliament, exploring the dark art of politics that impacts outcomes. Themes like Aboriginal sovereignty and its Voice, euthanasia, water rights, and the republic serve as backdrops for politicians to exercise their Machiavellian instincts.

Meanwhile, the Democracy Trilogy I delve into the world of a corrupt Prime Minister, who will stop at nothing to secure his financial future. This series confronts contemporary issues such as parliamentary ethics, integrity, immigration, government funding, Australian drought, climate change, and the dynamics of power and influence.

As for my personal life, I am happily married to Dr. Julia Evans, a successful consulting academic specializing in adult education and policy development. Together, we reside in a serene coastal village, gazing upon the breathtaking Coral Sea and the enchanting Whitsunday Islands in far north Queensland, Australia.
